What we collect

Tirson Tech collects only the information you choose to send us through the enquiry form on our contact page: your name, email address, and optionally your company name and an indicative budget range, together with the message you write.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers process standard technical data such as IP addresses and request logs in order to serve the site securely. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this website.

Why we use it

We use the information you send solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to one, to carry out the resulting engagement. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.

The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed at us, and, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database provided by Supabase, and this site is hosted by Vercel. Both providers act as processors on our behalf under their respective data processing terms. Email correspondence is held with our email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Records connected to a signed engagement are retained for as long as required to meet our contractual and legal obligations.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also object to our processing of it. We will respond to any such request within one month.

To make a request, email us at support@tirson.tech. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary ones set by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
